Jennifer Lopez Defends Super Sexy ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Performance

Jennifer Lopez is rarely seen as “tame.”

Yet that is exactly how the Latina triple-threat is describing herself.

Lopez was left unfazed after British television viewers slammed her sexually-charged performance on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ for not being “family friendly.”

Wearing a skintight black leather bodysuit and thigh-high boots as she performed her new single “Live It Up,” JLO angered some viewers with her pelvic-thrusting dance routine.

According to Ofcom, which is Britain’s version of the Parents Television Council and the Federal Communications Commission, it has received numerous complaints about Lopez’s raunchy romp.

However, Lopez told BBC Radio 1, “I think people are so much raunchier than I am.”

“I feel like I’m so tame. [I] wore it at Billboard and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ said they wanted exactly the same. So I thought I’d wear the outfit in black.”

Adding, “No one complained at Billboard. I think people just like to talk. It was a bodysuit. A lot of performers wear that these days. It is standard stage clothes. I’m not going to walk down the street like that!”

The irked viewers were not afraid to tell Lopez how they felt about her “stage clothes.”

As one wrote on Twitter: “Could Jennifer Lopez’s outfit be any more inappropriate for a family show?”

“What sort of role model are you being for the young girls watching?” the person added.

One tweet went even further saying Lopez should re-think her wardrobe choices because, “She’s an artist, not a prostitute.”
