Jennifer Lopez had quite the time at the 2018 MTV VMAs. Last night, she accepted the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award for her monumental run of music videos. (She was also the first Latina to ever receive the honor).

J. Lo also gave the performance of a lifetime, filled with countless wardrobe changes of all Versace looks. (Her former ’00s duet partner Ja Rule made a cameo in the mix). A touching moment: She arrived with her dapper beau Alex Rodriguez, who lovingly captured each hip-pop and stomp from his seat) Sounds like a night worth celebrating, right?

It appears that the party, as well as the vibrant fashion, followed J. Lo well into the night. Post-VMAs, she headed to the downtown club Beauty & Essex to further celebrate, wearing, of course, her favorite label Versace. Lopez sported a skintight blouse and leggings from the Versace Pre-Fall 2018 collection.

To truly show off her rock-hard body, Lopez donned a wide belt with a hulking buckle around her waist to emphasize her curves. The look seamlessly blended into her PVC heels by Jessica Rich.

As for her signature? It wasn’t her tiny bag (courtesy of Stalvey) or her noughties-era oversize shades by For Art’s Sake, but her fist-size hoops, a piece of jewelry she has kept with her since her days in the Bronx. Even after all of these years, Lopez knows how to keep her look down to earth and totally real.
